Stone veneer gives you the look of stone with less weight and often less structure. Applied correctly over a clean, sound substrate with a drainage plane and flashing, it performs and lasts. Applied poorly, it can trap moisture and fail.
We install natural cut-stone and manufactured stone veneers over lath and scratch coat, with the proper flashing and weeps at the base and around openings. A veneer wainscot or fireplace wall can change the whole feel of a Nashville home.

Common questions about stone veneer
Does stone veneer need maintenance?
Very little. Keep gutters working, keep soil and mulch away from the base and clean it occasionally.
Can it go over my existing brick or siding?
Sometimes, with proper preparation. Siding typically must be removed, and painted or smooth surfaces need a bonding method. We evaluate each wall.
How is veneer different from full stone?
It is thinner and lighter and installed with mortar over lath or direct to a prepared surface, while full stone is set as masonry.
